Here at Alro Promotion we ship from Monday to Friday. Normally, if your order arrived before 1 pm Pacific time , we will normally ship the same day. If orders are placed AFTER 1pm, they will ship the next day. On Mondays and holidays, it may be the next day due to increased sales during that time. We ship from our warehouse in California .

Our standard shipping option to the United States is 2 to 5 business days, depending on where you are . Weather or problems with the shipping company can sometimes delay these estimates, but it is very rare.

Returns Alro Promotion’s

return policy is valid from the day you receive your package. If after 30 days natural from the day of receiving the package, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges or returns can not be made on open items . Please note that once we make a refund on average, it takes 7-10 business days for it to appear on your account.

Sale Items (if applicable) 

If you buy a sale item, your refund will be the sale price only, not the original price. If you return an order containing a free item, the free item must also be returned.

Damaged Products (if applicable) 

We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If I need to change it for a different item or get a courtesy forwarding, send an email to services@alropromotion.com or call 1-877 737 – 2583.

Return Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the item is free shipping, it will not be refunded as it is free shipping. This will not apply if your product is damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
